Q: Lifetime updates vs no product upgrades: differences?
On AppSumo, it says we get lifetime updates with these tiers, but on the community page on your website, it states: 'Additional product upgrades in the future aren't included.' Could you clarify this?

May 2, 2025A: Hi Mark - Sure thing. Any updates and improvements/additional minor tweaks like languages, uploading documents, integrating more channels, creating more content types, access to more templates etc... will all be included in your lifetime deal.
We foresee that some major upgrades like AI powered video/imagery/graphics generations may require some credit upgrades in the future (although we don't have the exact number as of now). However they will be accessible in your LTD; but may require some additional upgrades depending on usage limits.

We will add the option to upload documents and materials to your brand in the next release here in a the coming weeks. We saw this was a highly requested feature too and we're prioritizing it.
I am working on releasing the roadmap on our community this week based on all this initial feedback. We wanted to give this campaign 2 weeks to gather feedback and suggestions first :)
