Q: Readability Grading

Hi,

So after a couple of days testing, I have found that the content generated whilst can be in-depth is also not friendly from an SEO optimised level on readability. After analysing most content most readability is graded at a high level. For content to be digestible content should be generated at the max of a grade 9 level. This is suitable for 14+ reading level.

Will you be adding a feature to select reading level or at least improving the output. I feel that the content generated is overly complex and long winded?

And I’m spending a lot of time fine tuning and editing.

A: Hi there - We’re updating the scoring to include SEO scoring and also the ability to chat with your content and make edits as you see fit. We trained the AI output to be meaty and in depth given most other Ai tools output feel surface level and generic; it’s always easier to take out content than adding more but we understand different users and use cases call for different preferences and needs. So we will be improving our content studio to allow for more efficient and easier edits to your content.

While I agree "I feel that the content generated is overly complex and long winded?" I do love "output to be meaty and in depth". I rather take out stuff than find new related thoughts to boost!! Please do not change to surface level generic output!!

Noted :) I am the same. Eventhough some parts of the content can be excessive, it's easier to just delete it than having short winded content and needing to figure out how to beef it up. This is something I was taught as a content market working at a high end agency early on in my career.

Was the reading level part of the poster's question addressed? Is there, or will there be, an ability to adjust the vocabulary used in content to match the intended audience's reading level while still having the content be meaty and in depth? Thanks!
