Hello Support Team,
1.) Great product! How can I effective manage clients profiles and my company brands using Vocable?
2.) In Tier 3 with unlimited brands, is there a way to organize folders per brand with workspaces?
3.) Is there a limit to workspaces with your software?
4.) Can I use my company branding when providing clients reports or content for my clients to use for their social media platforms?
5.) In tier 3, what are the features for each additional user? Does each additional user have the same features in tier 3 per each seat? Please explain, so I can maximize each user seat.
6.) Is there an option on your roadmap to add additional users as needed in tier 3? If so, what will the cost be per user as early investors?

1. You can create campaigns that are associated to each of your client or brand and also use folders to organize the content within the library. I’m happy to jump on a call and walk through this: just email me.
2. As of now we don’t have “workspaces” but that’s how V2 of vocable will be structured since brand intelligence will be at the highest level the way you set up a workspace; as opposed to now where you add brands and you create everything in one workspace.
As mentioned with V1 of this platform we didn’t target agencies and worked on creating an MVP that catered to the small business owners and small content teams.
But V2 will include more ways to manage things for agencies as that’s our next big market of focus.
3. You have unlimited brands for tier 3
4. This isn’t a feature we have now (as mentioned the agency model is part of V2)
5. For tier 3 all seats have unlimited access and same features listed as part of tier 3. So think of it as getting 4 tier 3 unlimited vocable accounts.
6. Yes moving forward you’ll be able to add additional users to your plan in addition to the 3 extra seats that come with tier 3.
