Unfortunately not as expected
I first bought Tier 1 and did a few tests. Then I upgraded to Tier 2.
Basically, I could really use such a tool, but it has to work.
- Sometimes content is created in English even though German is selected.
- Where do I select my brand or switch between brands? (Also in the "Plan" view and in the dashboard)
- Why doesn‘t the banner with the brand identity disappear even after creating a brand?
- Many templates (e.g. email sequences) do not work.
- Sometimes a blank page simply appears when creating a brand.
- Where can I find the other features from Tier 2? After upgrading from Tier 1, nothing has changed at all.
- Error message "unable to fetch data" when creating a brand
etc. etc.
Please make the product market-ready (then I'll gladly adjust my rating) - or I might have to return it soon.

May 8, 2025Hi there - Appreciate the feedback and we’re definitely working around the clock to ensure all features are always seamless.
1. Languages is a new feature that launched yesterday (as it was highly requested the past week so we just released it in beta and are gathering feedback and iterating so thanks for the note).
2. You can select your brand and toggle between them when creating your campaigns in the brand dropdown. You can also view and manage your brands under brand tab (where it says view/edit brands).
3. We are pushing a new update today to the product that allows users to X the brand banner in their dashboard, so it’s not lingering there for long :)
4. Thanks for flagging the templates glitch. Must just be a bug and I already flagged this to the team to test again and troubleshoot so it should be resolved before end of week to make sure there’s no glitch.
5. Which features exactly are you having trouble finding? Happy to guide you in the right direction if you can be more specific..but tier 2 has more campaigns (5) and more Brand limits (5) than tier 1; which is one of the main distinction..
6. If you can share your website that you enter when you get “unable to fetch data” we can diagnose on our end because most of the time that error is because of security settings on the user’s website and not on our end.
