1- It seems like you have updated the terminology of your plans. There is no Plus Exclusive plan. Which plan does this deal map to on your Pricing page? Pro or Business?
2- There is no mention of the AI-powered enhanced transcription on the threads here. Is that included in this deal?
3- Is there a sample of the transcription we can view? Where does the transcription appear? In the body of the email or underneath our picture when people click the pop-up link? And if that's the case does it run like Subtitles? or does it scroll like film credits?
4- Is there a way to disable audio attachments to force the recipients to click on the link? The Link pop-up is more presentable (with our photo and the dancing audio waves) than when people click on the attachment.
5- Where are you going with this App? Can you let us in your vision? How are you looking to expand on this simple feature?

The business plan is really a test, as most people did not like the transcription feature once we launched it, so we moved it to another plan. So this deal refers to the Pro plan, but we'll happily upgrade anyone who asks for it :)
No-one has asked to use the AI enhanced transcription for now, which is why you won't find any mentions. The idea was to improve the quality of the transcription using GPT-3.
Here is an example of a voice message with transcription, so you see where it appears: https://app.vocal.email/listen/51fb01df-3e94-4e63-8958-89b1c40a8fda. This also gives you a good idea of the quality of the transcription and why AI-enhancement might be needed.
Our latest version (released tomorrow) includes the ability to disable the attachment indeed :)
Vision is pretty clear. Best app to send voice messages per email. We tried to do more in the past, but will focus on that now. Nothing beyond voice messages per email. Just expanding on more platforms. We're currently private beta testing our Outlook integration which we'll release soon!

Have you thought about marketing this to screen/writers? That's what I am going to use your App for primarily. Writers and writing coaches constantly send each other voice notes on their peers' works. We usually use the iPhone's Voice record feature, but what you have created is more presentable. And with the transcription feature, we can always go back and quickly search for notes or valuable copy-paste information. Plus, generally, it is easier for writers to leave voice notes as the stream of consciousness differs from that of typing a piece.
