I'm impressed.
I’ve been really impressed with Vocal Labs, particularly the voice cloning and audiobook workflow.
The voice clone is excellent. My cloned voice genuinely sounds like me, and what has impressed me most is the amount of control you have over the performance. Being able to steer the emotion, tone and delivery makes a huge difference and takes it well beyond simply generating a voice.
The audiobook workflow is phenomenal. I can upload a Word document, select automatic casting, click a button, and out comes a fully dramatised audiobook with different voices and performances. It makes something that would normally be a complicated production process incredibly straightforward.
The workflow as a whole is really well thought out, and I’m excited to see where they take it next.
One thing I’d love to see added to the MCPs is Codex.

We're thrilled the voice clone nailed your voice, and even happier that the steering is what stood out. That control over emotion, tone, and delivery is the thing we've obsessed over most, because we always felt a clone that just "sounds like you" but reads everything flat misses the point. Hearing that it lands for you means a lot.
And yes — the audiobook workflow is the piece we're proudest of. Word doc in, automatic casting, one click, fully dramatized audiobook out. Taking something that's normally a whole production pipeline and making it a single button is exactly the bar we set for ourselves, so it's fantastic to hear it feels that way in practice.
On Codex in the MCPs — noted, and I love that you're already thinking about where the MCP layer can go. I've passed it straight to the team, and we'll take a serious look at getting it in.
