🌍 Global Workflow: Multi-Language & Quick Switching

Many of you work across borders and need to switch languages mid-sentence. We’ve made that effortless:

• The Language Switcher: We added a dedicated button right next to the voice bar. No more digging through settings—switch your output language in a single click.
• New Languages & Dialects: We’ve expanded our library to include English (UK), Chinese (Cantonese), Croatian, and Mongolian.

📝 No More Limits: Multi-Line Snippets

You asked for more than just short phrases. You wanted full templates, email blocks, and structured responses:

• Multi-Line Support: You can now add snippets with multiple lines and significantly higher character counts.
• Productivity Boost: Whether it’s a standard follow-up email or a block of code, VoiceDash can now handle your "heavy lifting" text.

How to update:

Simply open your VoiceDash desktop app, and You'll find an update button at the bottom left of your Home page. If you don't see the prompt, you can download the latest version directly from here: https://voicedash.ai/download

Exciting news for our AppSumo community! We've just released a new version of our Android app (1.0.7), packed with improvements:

- Custom System Prompt: Now you can customize the AI transcription output to better match your specific needs.

- Bug Fixes: We've resolved the issue where a prefix, like "Message ...Hi how are you," was mistakenly added at the beginning of transcriptions.

- General Enhancements: We've also addressed several minor bugs to improve overall app performance.

We’ve just shipped a new VoiceDash update focused on improving stability and polishing some of the most important parts of the Desktop apps (Windows and Mac).

This release focuses on making VoiceDash more reliable during everyday use, especially around shortcuts and audio recording.

⌨️ Shortcut Listener Module

• More reliable keyboard shortcut detection
• Fixed cases where shortcuts didn’t trigger consistently

🎙 Audio Recorder Module

Major improvements to the recording pipeline:

• Better microphone detection
• Smoother mic switching

• Overall recording stability improvements

📋 Paste Module

• Improved pasting behavior after transcription
• Fixed inconsistencies across different apps

A new version of the Android app is released (1.0.5) where we fixed some minor bugs reported by users in the since the beta launch:

- The history section not showing the transcriptions

- Overlay icon not appearing or working properly in some apps (Snapchat,..etc)

• Beta Access: We've launched this as a Beta to get it to you as quickly as possible. Expect rapid updates as we fine-tune the experience!
