VoiceGenie uses GPT4o along side with in-house LLMs(Large Language Models) that is purpose built & tailored for our specific business & use cases. Additionally, we keep researching and experimenting with new technologies, if integrating GPT4o voice APIs improves our users' experience then we might also implement them.
