Q: I have been trying to get support to fix the issue for 10 days with no luck?
so this platform is great but the company who is providing support is could do a better job Ive sent 10-15 emails daily I have had mutable video conferences all to get nowhere the rep named Nishant Sharma Customer Success Team Nishant.sharma@oriserve.com for 10 days while I have no other way of getting any one to help I'm forced to write this here. Can someone please fix this issue the pre configured number set up before I received worked one day and after that wont connect from what I see is the termination account is depleted and needs replaced or added credits too so it will work.
