Very limited support to figure out how to setup inbound/outbound campaigns to work properly without triggering an error. And yes recording/transcription is hit or miss. But not 100% at all.
Definitely robotic voices but it’s more about making sure the webhook and the api integration are working properly. But without the support, it’s hard to say.
I guess it’s worth a few more test before returning for now. Hopefully, this improves in the future.

For Accents we are going to introduce Eleven Labs integration where you will be able to use its accents that you seem fit. Just for clarity, this will rollout out within two weeks of time.
