Q: Lip-Sync credits and voice dubbing
When selecting the lip-sync option, it appears to be prompting me twice for the credits (once in the upload stage and again after that). This appears to be a bug.
Also, for dubbing, why can't the platform use the voice of the person speaking in the video rather than asking for a separate sample or asking me to select one of the AI voices?

Lip sync credits: the first screen (upload) only shows the lip sync rate (150 credits per minute), and no credits are charged there. Credits are charged once, on the video page after you choose the voice. We agree this is confusing, and we’re looking into simplifying it.
Dubbing voice: right now, voice cloning needs a separate, clean voice sample, because the audio inside a video often contains noise, music or several speakers, which can lower the quality of the clone. We understand cloning directly from the video would be more convenient, and we’ve passed your suggestion to our team.

Please consider adding automated stem separation (e.g., Demucs) during ingestion to isolate dialogue from background music and noise, ensuring clean voice clones directly from mixed-audio video without third-party editing. This would make Voicina significantly more versatile without requiring users to jump out into external audio editors just to prepare voice clone samples for video dubbing.
