Looks like i made a mistake by selecting the tool - or not following the proper scrapping process
- in a nutshell, not able to get the data from the resource points
my understanding was not correct before buying it rather my expectation was very high
the support is also not convenient / need some videos to understand the tool
if I get proper support - I will change the rating

Nice product, limited, but does what it says
It seems to be a kick-ass service that has every chance to become the first choice for just about anyone who wants a great service for finding emails from Linkedin, if you know the full names of the people you look for and the domain they are on. That's the limitation.
I just noticed that it "hallucinates" despite not being AI. I searched for a name at a company where I know that no one with that name exists. Norbert found an email which got 97% probability that it was correct. It's not. It doesn't exist at that domain. So I tried again with a made-up name in my own company, but this time the response was that it couldn't find anyone with that name on that domain.
I also noticed that if you enter a special character, e.g. å, ä, ø, ö (Danish and Swedish special characters), it doesn't accept them but instead jumps to the domain field. Since many people have names with special characters in them, it would probably be a good thing to fix this.
So a bit of intermittent bugs and odd behaviors, but I will bring that up with support if they are interested.
One super positive thing with Norbert is that they have not got into that dreadful thingy where you can't login using a username and password, but instead get a login code sent to your inbox. I literally hate that functionality, but luckily Norbert doesn't do it that way.
I will keep Norbert!

Good product
I recently tested Voila Norbert, and overall, it works well, although there are improvements to be made regarding its detection rate. For instance, I used the name "Voila Norbert" with the domain example.com. The email v.norbert exists under the specified domain, but the tool was unable to detect it.
On the other hand, it performs well for certain domains. I'm not entirely sure how the logic behind it works, but I believe it's essential to give a product a chance to evolve and mature over time. I look forward to seeing how Voila Norbert develops in the future.
