It seems to be a kick-ass service that has every chance to become the first choice for just about anyone who wants a great service for finding emails from Linkedin, if you know the full names of the people you look for and the domain they are on. That's the limitation.

I just noticed that it "hallucinates" despite not being AI. I searched for a name at a company where I know that no one with that name exists. Norbert found an email which got 97% probability that it was correct. It's not. It doesn't exist at that domain. So I tried again with a made-up name in my own company, but this time the response was that it couldn't find anyone with that name on that domain.

I also noticed that if you enter a special character, e.g. å, ä, ø, ö (Danish and Swedish special characters), it doesn't accept them but instead jumps to the domain field. Since many people have names with special characters in them, it would probably be a good thing to fix this.

So a bit of intermittent bugs and odd behaviors, but I will bring that up with support if they are interested.

One super positive thing with Norbert is that they have not got into that dreadful thingy where you can't login using a username and password, but instead get a login code sent to your inbox. I literally hate that functionality, but luckily Norbert doesn't do it that way.

I will keep Norbert!
