I have the problem only for email replies, not for composing a new email.

Hello Alex, one more question – is this issue related only to your workspace account? Does the icon work in your personal Gmail?

Thank you Alex, we're still trying to investigate the issue. We were able to use Voilà even in the Workspace account. Is there a chance your workspace has some sort of security rules that would prevent Voilà to open?

Hello Alex,

I just wanted to share an update with you – we were finally able to track down the issue with Voilà in Gmail. We thought it was related to other extensions conflicting with Voilà, or workspace security policies preventing Voilà from functioning properly, and did not realize it is a simple element overflow.

All you have to do in order to activate Voilà is simply scroll down the page a little bit.
We will release a fix soon so it works all the time.
