- No updates for quite sometime, models are not updated, the project is abandoned?
- Got stuck in 5.2... whilte there are cheaper and better options... maybe the project is abandoned?
- I am very disappointed. Earlier the image quality was good (around 500 KB JPEG), but since around 20 November the output has become very bad. The images are low-quality, often not proper or broken, and only around 33 KB in WEBP format. I also emailed support on 20 November, but still no response. This makes me feel like I made a mistake by buying Tier 2. Please fix the quality issues, bring back proper high-quality JPEG output, and respond to paying customers.
- Am I not allowed to upload PDFs? I use Voila every day but just realised this. Is this in the roadmap?
