Q: Very poor image quality recently, broken outputs, and no response after Tier 2 purchase
I am very disappointed. Earlier the image quality was good (around 500 KB JPEG), but since around 20 November the output has become very bad. The images are low-quality, often not proper or broken, and only around 33 KB in WEBP format.
I also emailed support on 20 November, but still no response. This makes me feel like I made a mistake by buying Tier 2. Please fix the quality issues, bring back proper high-quality JPEG output, and respond to paying customers.
