I typed "Rewrite" prompt while set at GPT-4 but nothing happens. Then i switch to GPT-3.5 or Automatic and it writes. How come GPT-4 does not work?

Hello Joe,
I apologize for the bad experience – it seems that OpenAI's GPT-4 service had a temporary outage which caused an error while processing the requests.
This is not very common, but it may happen from time to time. In that case, you can easily try to switch to the GPT-3 model and it should work.
Could you please confirm that Voilà is now processing your requests for both models?
