I bought GetVoila.ai because it initially produced impressively on‑brand copy and helped me build a clear persona and voice. At first it felt smart and reliable, so I used it a lot. Over the past two months that changed. The assistant now frequently ignores straightforward instructions, drifts off topic, and repeats the same mistakes even after I point them out. When I tell it I’m not getting what I asked for, it often replies with an apology but then keeps doing the same thing. I’m usually confident writing prompts and directing AI, yet GetVoila.ai now only earns a spot on my workflow for basic tasks like quick spell checks. That’s disappointing for a tool that started strong. I hope the developers prioritise fixes for instruction-following and consistency, because with improvements this could be a genuinely useful product again.

What you described may be related to our recent switch to GPT-5 as our base model. If your account is License Tier 2, you should still have access to GPT-4.1 - your prompts and workflows should work as they did before. In case this is happening with your Custom actions, I'd try to be more specific about the output you are looking for (including providing examples of the output you're trying to achieve).
