What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?

I led the development of a cloud-based developer tool focused on simplifying the deployment and operation of cloud-native applications. Starting with addressing inefficiencies within our team, we launched an MVP in 8 months. Through continuous iterations—such as adapting to multi-cloud environments and optimizing features—we reached over 1 million users (across 20+ countries) in 18 months. With a "free basic features + premium subscription" model, the tool generated tens of millions in revenue. The key takeaway: Iterating based on real needs matters more than grand plans; user and commercial success stem from consistently addressing developers' pain points.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

The idea for VoiSpark came from our team’s own frustration. As engineers and creators ourselves, we constantly faced challenges producing high-quality audio content. It was either too expensive (with studios or actors), too fragmented (switching between ElevenLabs, Cartersia, etc.), or required too many tools and workflows. We wanted one platform where creators could access all the best voice models — voice cloning, TTS, and voiceovers — in a single place, with no technical hassle. That’s what we’re building with VoiSpark: a creator-first, AI-powered voice platform that simplifies voice generation and gives people creative freedom.

What problem is your product solving and how?

The problem: Juggling multiple voice AI tools for TTS, cloning, and voiceovers is complex and costly. Creators waste time switching platforms, managing subscriptions, and struggling to find the right voice for each project.

How we solve it: VoiSpark uniquely integrates the world’s top voice AI models (like ElevenLabs, Minimax, Cartersia, etc.) into one simple tool. We support multiple languages, let users clone voices securely, and generate voiceovers fast — all from one interface.
