I have bought tier 2 and so far so good , thinking of upgrading , my main issue now is how can i allocate a specific voice to specific Api so when i call that api it uses that specific voice to create the required audio message ?
A: Great to hear Tier 2 is working well for you! If you’re looking to allocate a specific voice to a specific API call, you can check out our API documentation here: 👉 https://voispark.com/docs/apis/
Thanks for your interest! You can start with a free account on VoiSpark. Once you’re signed in, head over to the Voice Library, where you can listen to our Italian voices before upgrading.
This way, you can explore the models at no cost and make sure they fit your needs.
From voice library premium models speak only in english. On the other hand I cannot even generate audio with the 15k free credits with premium models as a free account. As such voices are not teastable
Thanks for checking out the voice library! If you’re after Italian voices, just type “Italian” in the Voice Library — there are some marked Italian only, you might just need to scroll a bit to find them. 😊 And if you’re trying voice cloning, models like Fish Audio or Cartesia are a lot cheaper for the first clone, so you can start there before jumping into the pricier ones.
Q: Can the ‘Voice Changer’ feature translate (dub) an uploaded MP3 recording into another language?
For example, if I upload an audio file in English, can it generate a version in Spanish or another language?
Great question! At the moment, VoiSpark doesn’t automatically translate audio into another language. If you upload an English file, you can generate natural-sounding English speech, but not directly get a Spanish (or other language) version.
That said, many of our users pair VoiSpark with a translation tool:
Translate the text from English → Spanish (or any other language).
Concurrency refers to how many tasks you can run at the same time — this mainly matters for users who connect to VoiSpark through the API. And to clarify, it’s 120K credits per month on the first tier, not characters.
On your Tier 1 account, you’ll have 120K Credits included. After your first voice clone, Text-to-Speech is billed by characters (not minutes) — usually about 1–4 credits per character, depending on the model. No worries — before you hit Generate, the system shows the exact credit cost in the gray box, so you’ll always know what you’re spending upfront.
Q: Funding and Longevity Question
LTD AI voice SaaS applications that rely on expensive platforms like elevenlabs, are continually folding and going out of business. It’s just extremely difficult to sustain these platforms without monthly recurring revenue. What is VoiSpark’s strategy to ensure longevity and financial stability, and what is the current runway/trajectory? Thank you.
Q: API and selection of specific voice

Q: Concurrencies
What are Concurrencies?
So is it 120K characters/mo for the first tier?

Sue

Edited Sep 2, 2025A: Hi Sue!
Thanks for asking!
Concurrency refers to how many tasks you can run at the same time — this mainly matters for users who connect to VoiSpark through the API. And to clarify, it’s 120K credits per month on the first tier, not characters.
Hope this clears things up!

So what is 120k then? Words?
I need to know which tier I will need, and 120K is what is not clear yet; you said those are not characters, so are those words?

How we stay sustainable:
