Concurrency refers to how many tasks you can run at the same time — this mainly matters for users who connect to VoiSpark through the API. And to clarify, it’s 120K credits per month on the first tier, not characters.

On your Tier 1 account, you’ll have 120K Credits included. After your first voice clone, Text-to-Speech is billed by characters (not minutes) — usually about 1–4 credits per character, depending on the model.
No worries — before you hit Generate, the system shows the exact credit cost in the gray box, so you’ll always know what you’re spending upfront.
