Q: Also do you have help videos or docs that explain the setup ?

I had asked before purchase if my agents within the office would be able to log into their own accounts in dashboard to keep track of and handle any calls that they may have answered when I forwarded the calls to ring all my agents phone simultaneously and was told the system could do this just dont have any help files to go by to build the back end Thanks
