ArkMediaCompanyQ: Appsumo LTD vs Free Account vs Pro Account
Can you tell me how the Appsumo account we paid for is different from the Paid account, also what makes it better than the free account? I understand you made some big updates and changes which are amazing... but that is the whole point of going on Appsumo to begin with.
You launch on LTD - we give you money upfront on future hopes you make it big... All while helping you fix bugs, deal with issues, provide feedback and ways to improve...
Its meant to be a Lifetime Deal for both of us... we help you when you are new and you keep us with you when you are big... We were your pioneers exploring the untapped riches and discovering things for you and your team you did not know.
Would you be where you are without our push? Does it really cost you that much to give us the pro option?
Heck its not even possible to upgrade to plus without voiding the LTD account which is sad... as you are asking us to basically bypass Appsumo deal we already paid for to get the added features you want us to pay for.
If we later decided we didn't want to continue on plus the LTD is voided cant go back.

I would simply create a new account but then have not history..
It really doesn't as I see it called Krisp not a different product.
We basically get your free version.
And of we were willing to pay for premium... we need to say good bye to our appsummo account which makes no sense other than you trying to terminate as many of those deals possible.
