We will add them to our Wish List under Product Roadmap and will start collecting votes and prioritizing. You can integrate our widget with Chat\u002DGPT on the back\u002Dend to enable chatbot.\u000a\u000a2. For the other SMS providers, Telnyx is on the roadmap since many people asked about it, and Nexmo and Plivio will be added to priorities based on demand.\u000a\u000a3. To make sure we understand each other. Each website can have 1 verified Caller ID (for callbacks) and multiple agent phone numbers connected on the back\u002Dend. Also, it\u0027s important to mention that the virtual phone system operates independently from the website or website widgets.\u000a\u000a4. We have a shared inbox for SMS messages but can\u0027t re\u002Dassign conversations from agent to agent. This will be a good feature to add.\u000a\u000a5.
