We can't discontinue a product with active users worldwide. Callback Tracker is fully operational, and we provide support to those who purchased the previous deal.
Here are the main differences between the two products:
CALLBACK TRACKER:
- Focuses on website widget and tracking traffic sources.
- Includes dashboards, integrations, and agency features.
- Receives regular updates for widget-related features.
VOIZEE:
- Aims to offer a comprehensive telecom solution (widget, VPS, 2-way SMS, and more).
- VPS and 2-way SMS can function without a website and widget.
- Features mobile apps for iOS & Android.
- Softphone feature is in development.
- Offers standard integrations and REST API.
- Targets scalable solutions, including mass SMS and Lead Center.
To summarize, we will continue supporting both products, with Callback Tracker catering to web users and Voizee expanding to a broader telecom solution. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions.

1. Do nothing and keep the Callback Tracker deal.
2. Purchase Voizee and keep Callback Tracker, having both products.
3. Migrate from Callback Tracker to Voizee at no additional charge (reach out to [email protected]).
- Please note that no minutes will be carried over from the previous deal since there is no charge for migrating to Voizee.
- Your Callback Tracker account will be dissolved if you choose to migrate to Voizee.
- Your previous codes will be matched with new Tiers as follows:
- 1-2 Codes = Tier 1
- 3 Codes = Tier 2
- 4 Codes = Tier 3
- 5 Codes = Tier 4
