Voizee is awesome. I was able to integrate it with a new Twilio account and get it up and running pretty smoothly, add a sub-user account for one of my companies, and roll it out to be used with clients. I also met with the two owners and developers of Voizee, they are great people, very hard-working, and responsive with support. A+!

I'm glad I bought this. I use phone tracking as a part of my campaign building process and it can get costly quick. This has worked even better than the call flows I had set up in Twilio. Support has been quick to respond to any questions I've had and has helped me to fix any issues I encountered quickly. I usually discover that I did something incorrect.
This tool has been a good investment so far.

These guys have awesome support and a great product! I asked them about setting up a voip phone. Although they didn't have that feature yet, they said it should be ready in 3 weeks. I recommend. Works very well but I'm giving it only 4 tacos because the design is outdated, but I hope to add one more tacos soon.

Fully Featured Package with Great Support & Great Track Record!
As a prior subscriber of the excellent Callback Tracker by the same developer, Voizee picks up where CBT left off and adds a whole lot of extra functionality on top of that at the same price. It not only combines a full-featured SMS-enabled chat widget, but also a robust virtual phone system that works with simple configuration.
There aren't a lot of website widgets that allow two-way sms out there at less than $99/month for a decent package. Voizee provides an excellent multi-channel contact/support widget with SMS and also a two-way SMS interface that's clean, modern an not clunky like many SMS plugins. It doesn't leave you feeling like you are settling for something less than you wish it was.
The customer service and active involvement by the developer to make ongoing improvements and enhancements is second to none. My experience has always been excellent with the developer regarding timely support responses and generally taking to heart recommendations and ideas for new features. You can also take the platform to the next level with a very generous white-label offering and WP integration that sets you apart if you are helping clients with WP sites. I could not be happier with this new product and look forward to participating in it's growth. Five tacos without question!
