Voizee Licensing Reviews

We own several VOIP LTDs. It took us a while to get around to VOIZEE. Learning curve was minimal and we were able to implemented easily to our site. The more challenging setup was Twilio's integration, but that's because Twilio's requirement for registering numbers. That's outside the scope of VOIZEE as their integration with Twilio works flawlessly. Like most apps, features always have room for improvements. But the team took my suggestions well into their future roadmaps. This can easily replace the pricey monthly fee we were stuck with paying other similar solutions (intercom, Tawk.to). Of course, Intercom is made for more complex application needs but that's not the level to be expected from apps like Tawk.to and VOIZEE. There's also an upside. You can still use Intercom's and Tawk.to's basic plan and loop into VOIZEE's VOIP to save on monthly cost. Support does take a day or two to reply, but they are always on top of our support ticket. This is definitely a great buy.

The phone system links to twillio and with that you get a full IVR and web site widget.

I would love them to add an AI voice system to it which would make it complete.

I love how you can white label it I called my account DFY Voizee so I could use their FAQ

Voizee is awesome. I was able to integrate it with a new Twilio account and get it up and running pretty smoothly, add a sub-user account for one of my companies, and roll it out to be used with clients. I also met with the two owners and developers of Voizee, they are great people, very hard-working, and responsive with support. A+!

I'm glad I bought this. I use phone tracking as a part of my campaign building process and it can get costly quick. This has worked even better than the call flows I had set up in Twilio.
Support has been quick to respond to any questions I've had and has helped me to fix any issues I encountered quickly. I usually discover that I did something incorrect.

This tool has been a good investment so far.

These guys have awesome support and a great product! I asked them about setting up a voip phone. Although they didn't have that feature yet, they said it should be ready in 3 weeks. Well 3 weeks passed and it was ready to go. Their support team was there for me every step of the way. This is how you run a company right here. Thanks for all your help!
