As a prior subscriber of the excellent Callback Tracker by the same developer, Voizee picks up where CBT left off and adds a whole lot of extra functionality on top of that at the same price. It not only combines a full-featured SMS-enabled chat widget, but also a robust virtual phone system that works with simple configuration.

There aren't a lot of website widgets that allow two-way sms out there at less than $99/month for a decent package. Voizee provides an excellent multi-channel contact/support widget with SMS and also a two-way SMS interface that's clean, modern an not clunky like many SMS plugins. It doesn't leave you feeling like you are settling for something less than you wish it was.

The customer service and active involvement by the developer to make ongoing improvements and enhancements is second to none. My experience has always been excellent with the developer regarding timely support responses and generally taking to heart recommendations and ideas for new features. You can also take the platform to the next level with a very generous white-label offering and WP integration that sets you apart if you are helping clients with WP sites.
