Promising - Twilio front end aggregator
This looked very promising as a tool that almost all service related companies require. Unfortunately, it looks to be a tool that aggregates Twilio's functionality, thus locking you into the Twilio ecosystem.
Their SMS, Call, and even live chat are all tied into Twilio. While there is nothing inherently wrong with Twilio, I'm just not a fan of being locked into one vendor.
Additionally, the UI/UX could use a lot of work, as well as the widget. Everything looks really outdated and somewhat hard to navigate.
I did fully stack due to thinking this would be beneficial but as a tool that serves as a front end for Twilio and lack of a nice UI/UX, I think the price is a bit steep.

May 9, 2024In summary, Voizee has the flexibility to work with various telecom providers in addition to Twilio. The priority for integrating other providers will depend on the demand. We have already tested integration with Telnyx, but mapping APIs from each provider to Voizee modules will take time. We are actively gathering information from the AppSumo community about other preferred providers, and this will help us determine development priorities.
