A user is someone who sits on your team within a team workspace inside Volley. Any user on your team has access to all the projects within your team workspace and can create unlimited projects within a workspace.

Workspaces contain "team members" who all have the ability to view and create unlimited projects and are all members of any project created within that workspace.

A collaborator is someone you have shared a single project with, they in-turn have access to view and add feedback to that single project. This might be someone outside of your team who you would like to have access to a single project.
