I genuinely wanted to like this platform. As someone who supports emerging tech entrepreneurs, I purchased the Tier 5 license for this product but left it untouched for two years. A few months ago, I decided to use it to set up a Community for a new coaching program. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major letdown.

Setting up the platform was a frustrating experience, overly complicated and confusing. I ended up spending far more time and money trying to partially set it up than I did on the Tier 5 license itself. Even if you only want to create a community, the platform forces you to build a website portal, adding unnecessary work and complexity. Testing the platform was equally confusing. I also tried the courses feature, and it was just as frustrating.

After weeks of wasted effort, mounting frustration, and countless back-and-forth interactions with customer support, I decided to switch to Skool. In just two days, I had my community and courses fully set up.

I regret not testing the platform during the refund period. It’s disappointing to see that even after three years, this platform still isn’t ready for mainstream use.

When will PayPal be available or any other payment gateways other than stripe. The platform is great but I haven't really been able to utilize it because I've been waiting for quite some time for the integration of other payment gateways I am here in the United States and I understand stripe is an option but for multiple reasons I prefer other payment gateways. Additionally I'm already doing business with other payment gateways I would like to stay with them for example PayPal Square and a few other gateways. I would love to rate this a five star but it's been so long we've been waiting for the other payment gateways can anyone give us a clear update we are going into 2025 technology is vastly becoming readily available on nearly every platform would you please add that update to this one best wishes thank you very much for your time.

For years, I asked for PayPal integration. They finally complied, so now I can add a payment processor back to my course as stripe did not work with my country. As promised, I adjusted the review score to reflect this change. I may be harsh, but I am fair.

Though at this stage the app. is developing.
However, the features it has are many.
Also, comparatively it's easy to use.

I bought Tier 3, with plans of upgrading to tier 5. As of now, I've been working on one design for 5 hours. The platform doesn't allow editing to be viewed while adjusting the margins, buttons, fonts etc. due to the tab being opened in front of the page. TAKES FOREVER to adjust!

It doesn't allow photos to be adjusted, paragraphs to be adjusted. It's difficult all around to make an edit, then move on. I really like the "features." However, it's not easy to maneuver edits. I really wish there were more explanations, updates on the videos, and ability to adjust things better. I added a 5 feature row and I couldn't get the rows to line up. There's nowhere for me to adjust the padding for one of the features without affecting all of them. Bummer. Over an hour trying to figure that one out.

Could be better. Much, better when it comes to layouts, font choices, graphic sizes, and designs. Also, could use more options for templates. The only problem now, is I've spent so much time trying to get a half decent design that I'd hate for all my efforts to go down the drain. If it doesn't get any better, I'll have to forfeit all of it with no shame. Reminds me of when Wordpress didn't have designs like Divi. Everything, had to be created with code and by scratch. I guess it would be compared to GROOVE Funnels when they started out. So many errors I haven't gone back within the last 2.5 years. Gesh.
