Adding course content is both counter-intuitive and very cumbersome to add.

Picture this. You have all your pdf content ready, all your images, your films and your text. But you do not see these as separate entities rather they all form the one lesson. So you have a video with with a thumbnail you want to add for branding, some descriptive text and a pdf downloadable next to it and these four things form the one lesson. And then Vonza falls apart as it wants your content separately and you need a lot of fiddling to have workarounds like writing it somewhere else and then copying it here so that the text and the image can be next to eachother and you want the video to be embedded rather than as a link.
Then you want to make some quick adjustments - all that you copied and pasted is seen as one block which you can edit, but if you want to add another sentence that is seen as another block of text and you cannot intermingle the two. Which is annoying when you just want to add one sentence and not ask yourself have I just messed up all the formatting.
Then you send a ticket, if the ticket system is working and you get three automated tickets telling you someone is looking. But it does not appear that someone does and then lo and behold a fourth one saying - they think its solved - if you do not feel it by all means respond. So you do but now it seems like its a new ticket and there you in a loop of appearance of support but things do not appear to change.
If you already have arcadle - you know what it is to have a seller who is thinking of the middle person to sell software rather than the course itself or the teachers. I learned from my mistakes and now always have teachers review the software - which they did and rejected it as far too difficult to use.
So if you are trying to get to teachers and you are hoping to have minimum refunds then this does not get a recommend from me.
The three tacos are for the direction they are going - but seeing progress in the last few weeks - this is software you should be prepared to have for more than a year to get your money back on.
