Bought it but will need to wait for it to be more functional before I'll use it
I was intrigued at a Clickfunnels/Kajabi competitor and saw another reviewer comment how they planned to use this for their community and coaching services so decided to give this a go.
Let me just say that it's just not ready to be the all-in-one solution it claims YET. For now: 2.5 tacos.
• I've had to re-upload things multiple times because it would replace uploads with duplicates of other uploads.
• Re-ordering things works correctly 50% on a good day. I ended up giving up.
• There's no way to change the text of the subscription fields on the "subscribe" form
• No lead magnet delivery option that isn't related directly to a sales funnel. This could probably be tweaked for me by moving over my emails to Vonza except...
• ...Email newsletter delivery and automation is just not robust enough to replace any ESP
• No Zapier connectivity yet so I can't even automate getting someone who joins my community on my site over to theirs + add them to my email list
• PDFs don't have thumbnails which makes my usage difficult (I offer e-books and checklists for my members to download and my members are visual fans)
• Site builder is lacking (others have mentioned this, though)
So as of today, this isn't the software it claims to be but I'm willing to hold on and give them the benefit of the doubt. It just worries me how far out really critical pieces seem to be on their roadmap.
Uyi, if you read this: I'd consider moving up the priority of making your software transitionable like adding Zapier so that your customers can begin incorporating Vonza now to replace things instead of waiting for new releases/functionality and having to move over bigger chunks that will take more time, effort, and annoyance with their customers (ever have to tell your customers things are moving somewhere else and include a whole new UI? Yikes.). I'd be much more inclined to move pieces of my business over now than wait and forget I have this while my "good enough" solutions still work. (Aka I can't do "All or nothing")

Vonza is the most complete all in one platform for knowledge entrepreneurs. Some of our features are more advanced than others.

Response: (I am sorry about this experience you had. I personally tried to replicate this issue so we can fix it but I didnt have the same issues during my test. Pls could you send a loom or screen share video to info@vonza.com and we would get right on it immediately. Thank you in advance)

Response: (This issue happens in the order and reordering of lessons within a Membership. We are already working on a fix and will be deployed in 1 day time)

Response: (If you meant the subscription form on the web builder. I can assure you that is been improved on the new web builder coming this quarter)

Response: (I totally agree, thats why we are uplifting our email marketing feature on Q2 of this year and it will be more advanced and can totally replace converkit and activecampaign by then )

Response: (Zapier, webhooks and third party integrations are coming soon in Q2.

I am sorry some of the features are not advanced enough for what you need right now, please bear with us as we are working hard to deepened the features and make them better for entrepreneurs. You will really love Vonza in the next 2-4 months.
