I am disappointed with Briefcase, I tried to purchase the Quarterly Plan many times and I keep getting 500 error, reported numerous times to AppSumo with regards to that and I did not get any kind of help, your team simply mailed me a link to try again and again it was showing the same error and reported the same immediately within minutes, I used the same card to buy Plutio and it worked here. I felt it was like a prank offer, not the real one.

Sumo-lings say on every deal that customer support is the backbone of any successful app or business, but I felt very wired that I do not see the same level of support from AppSumo.
