Q: Vooplayer team, I have seen some issues regarding the use of Vooplayer in e-learning platforms like invanto and Matrix LMS.
From trial and error and following other posts we have found that unselecting the beta performance and using the fallback code (in the publish section) solve the problem. Your team may want to take a look into this and post this recommendation in the Help section. Regards.

May 15, 2024A: Right, some LMS platforms strip the script elements from embeds for security reasons, which is why fallback codes work nicely with them, I see the conflict you are pointing out with BETA, will have that sorted out today.
