What a brilliant product idea, great features and flexibility... I was super excited when purchasing this product and it's only after using it that my excitement was met with total disappointment... and here's why...

I bought "lifetime access" and although a comprehensive list of it's features were provided on the offer page, you have no idea what is not included hidden behind the members area...

Right off the bat - 5GB of bandwidth is just BS... Guys get real, this is video and HD video is LARGE! I uploaded a simple iPhone video I shot in my office (7mins) and it was 150MB in size and together with an additional YouTube video I uploaded to test, I've already used 11,48% of my allocated storage...! Honestly guys, your generous 5GB is worth nothing and is clearly a means to suck people in to upsell them to a monthly plan. Shady indeed!

Once you inside the back-office, all the real features one would want for their business is guess what...? Yip, a paid upgrade...! So now you look at the upgrade options and you need to consider many factors if you want to upgrade...

Enterprise Lite/Full Enterprise and monthly/yearly payment plans... So when you grab a Sumo deal for Lifetime access, paying for a monthly membership is further from your mind that anything else... Does that mean I won't pay for a service...NOT AT ALL...I will happily pay for value!

So you reluctantly take a peek... The lite plan give you 30GB of storage... ummm REALLY?? Dropbox charges $10 for 1TB - how does that make any sense at all... so you then click enterprise and whoh hold me back... you get 50GB...!! Are you guys for real...? Who was the brain child that thought this one out...? Where's the value guys...

Now if you want to set up your business and host videos, you are sure to run into storage issues and what happens after you exceed 50GB...? Well I see there is a custom plan option too... My guess is that at this point they have you over a barrel right there... enough to make me say, no thanks I'll just ask for a refund right now!

Oh I forgot to add to this that the STD plan, the video is soooo damn slow, it's like the early days of Netscape with a dial up connection... only thing missing is that authentic dial up sound with Vooplayer... I'm sure there's even throttling going on because if I just uploaded a video to my webhost on my website, the performance is better!

Low storage allocation, poor speed and a marketing strategy that's been put in place to drive forced upgrades, makes me give this a fat 0/5 rating but unfortunately that option is not available.

Go back and re-think this one. This product (excluding the payment plan and storage limitations) is actually great, has massive potential and could be world class... You should just fire your marketing team or who ever though out the strategy!
