I have a project that this might work well on.\u000aCan i clarify if submissions can be longer than 1 minute, for this to work for me i would need up to 5 minutes per entry. Also, when you say XX entries per month is that in total or per user? I would be looking for maybe 200 entries in 1 month...

Thanks for asking. At the moment, each video response is limited to 1-minute, but you can ask multiple video questions in the same survey to get more context from each respondent.

For the other question, that is the total number of completes for an account. So in the tier 2, you would get 125 survey completes, shared between your set of users. However, surveys can have multiple video questions and a respondent must answer all questions to count as a complete. So with your 125 survey completes you can actually collect a lot more videos.
