3) When a survey is done the only option we have is to add a redirect link. But how about images, videos, messages?
4) How can I manage more businesses? I own more companies and I have different teams etc. I didn't even find a workspace but I need a separate account to manage clients for example in an agency.
5) API and Webhook available? Because I couldn't find any native integration to send over some details we gather to any other tool like CRM etc.
6) Whitelabel like CNAME and domain?
7) I couldn't find any settings for branding to add a logo, favicon, our colours etc.
8) I found how we can create questions but that was found after we chose a template. When you are selecting the template you can't edit questions. So what happened is that I chose a project based on a template, recorded the first responses and then I was able to edit questions? Ahhhh it's too late I guess. We should be able to edit questions before a survey is published!
9) I didn't find the transcription promised on this deal.
10) I was browsing my responses in a project and my recorded videos pop out. Correct. Then I went to project details (different tab) check it out then went back to responses and ahhh all gone. Not to mention that previously is showed as "waiting for approval". For approval who, how?
I really had a high hope for this one but.....I don't know....

Thanks for following up. I think I slightly misunderstood your frustrations here, so let's give it another shot. I now understand your specific issue with access to declined responses, so I'd love to explain what happens here.
The declined response feature is built as a safety net to ensure you receive the best quality responses for the complete allowance you have in your plan. Essentially the responses are vetted by a stringent Q&A process for audio and visual quality, failure to answer all the questions, failure the answer the question asked, inappropriate content and more.
However, we don't delete videos that fail to meet our quality criteria - you just don't get charged for them against your monthly complete balance. We know there could still be lots to be learned from these videos e.g. if it's a poorly recorded video, but the audio is good, or if someone answered one question really well but didn't complete your full survey.
So you can access these videos by heading to advanced filters (top right in the responses view), selecting the drop-down button on the grey options bar, and selecting 'Declined' is 'True.'

The templates are ready-to-launch templates designed by our team of survey experts. Editing is limited by design as these are currently best-practice studies. However, you can create your own surveys with full control over all your questions by selecting the ‘start from scratch’ template in our platform. That being said, we are currently exploring the addition of edit options to templates too.

The ‘start from scratch’ template is the best way to create a fully custom video survey. By choosing this option you can choose how many or few video questions you have.

At the moment, if you do not opt for a redirect link, your users will be shown a default thank-you message for completing your survey. Custom messages are being considered by our engineering team at the moment so hopefully that’s something we can bring to the AppSumo community soon.

Multiple Company Accounts are currently only available on Voxpopme’s enterprise accounts. AppSumo deals are for single account purchases so in order to have an account for each of your businesses, you would need to purchase more than one AppSumo deal. Alternatively you could keep all you projects in one account but use a simple naming convention to differentiate which company each project is for. You could even set up project folders to organize them.

There isn’t currently native CRM integrations but you can pass additional data with videos by using dynamic URL parameters in your survey invite link to pass data like name, email, CRM ID etc.

Whitelabeling of accounts is available for Enterprise plans (for an additional cost), and is unfortunately not included within our AppSumo LTDs. CNAME is not currently available but we will share this request internally for consideration in the future.

We’d love to troubleshoot this with you. Could you reach out to support@voxpopme.com as we’d love to explore why the transcription isn’t showing for you. Transcription is an essential step in our analysis process so it should be visible on all your videos. By default all of our videos go through a QA process to ensure your videos are usable in the system. Once this has been completed transcription will be available on the video.

Our video responses are quality-checked by reviewers to ensure the responses are of visual and audio quality and answer the question asked. So if you recorded a test response, it will have likely been declined so that it doesn’t get marked as a complete.
Point 10)
How come you can access our account and decline our survey? This is against GDPR, Privacy Policy and so on. It's our survey, our customers, our data and you should not have any single access to that!
Saying that means you clearly breaks a GDPR law and ANY local Privacy Act!

but that still doesn't answer the question of how you can access our survey and decide what you can remove based on your decision! all the effort and time we put into it will be completely wasted...it's our research, our contacts, our business and you can't just remove it unless it violates your terms of service or privacy policy! And for that reason I’ll ask for a refund….I own more than 300+ tools and honestly I’ve NEVER seen that behaviour somebody accesses our account and remove the results as they wish….
