Looks Easy Enough But Cannot Get the Project Setup
Bought this product hoping to use it today for surveys we need to go out today. A previous product we had is experiencing technical issues so we decided to seek an alternative and this seemed like it could work.
Watched the video tutorial, read and re-read the instructions and set about creating a project but the UI is definitely NOT the same as the ones shown in the tutorials (and yes, they may be old screens).
First, inside the portal there was already a project that had been created with a title "Sustainable Products and Packaging - Consumer Attitudes" and the details showed: Sustainable Products and Packaging - Consumer Attitudes.
No idea whose project that is and there no explanation as to why it's showing up inside our account in the first place. It looks like THAT account has used up all its credits.
Among other things, we only have 3 locations offered i.e., US, UK and AUS instead of the many shown in the tutorial video.
We cannot select a number of options so we can't get past the very first step and cerate questions.
Something is wrong and we have contacted the product company to help figure out what exactly that is.

Thanks for watching the tutorials too. We're continuously making improvements to Voxpopme's platform so there may now be some small differences in the UI. However, there isn't a significant difference in the key features unless it's to enhance the experience.
The "Sustainable Products and Packaging - Consumer Attitudes" is a demo project we add to every account. This enables new users to check out video analytics and editing tools while they wait for their first video survey responses. This project is added completely free for demonstration purposes and does not count toward your monthly video complete credits. If your plan looks off in the platform, the support team will also be happy to help with this.
When building surveys, LTDs for Sumo-lings include the 'Use your own audience' surveys. You can build these and send them to your own audiences with the survey link on social, via email, SMS and more. Currently the processing of videos is English-only so please bare that in mind. The audiences you mention are Voxpopme's Influence Community, these give you access to our video-ready communities in the UK, US and AU which you can access by 'adding influence' in my plan area of your dashboard.
