Automation gem not to be missed!
If you're a small business you'll likely get billed by several vendors on a regular basis. Some don't send PDF invoices and it's a major pita logging in and downloading those invoices on a regular basis. This is where Vuala comes into the picture. Vuala makes it super easy by handling everything automatically. I have it set up to connect to all my SaaS subs, grab the invoices, and then forward them multiple email addresses I defined.
Pros:
Solid Funding: These guys have nearly β¬500k in funding, so they're not going anywhere.
Great Compatibility: They support SparkReceipt (another Appsumo gem!) and tons of other cloud/accounting apps like Xero, QuickBooks, Google Cloud Storage and of course email.
Custom Email: You get a unique Vuala email address to forward bills and PDFs, which then get processed according to your rules.
Cons:
Security Concerns: When you connect to a service, it launches a browser virtual machine (VM) to capture login information. It's encrypted, but Iβd personally avoid using it with super sensitive credentials.

Easy setup, minor bugs, but worth the investment and great potential
So, I have Wellybox, which I like a lot (it screens my inbox to check for invoices). But am always on the lookout for something that works directly with my suppliers, in particular my Woocomerce/Quaderno.io setup. It looks like this will do the trick - at least I hope so.
I have an overview of the invoices from different suppliers and the recorded invoices and have also received them in my destination(s). So, for now, everything looks good.
I wish I could have an integration with my Woocommerce Shop (you have Shopify and Woocommerce as suppliers, but not as my own shop), and I would also love an integration for Visma Economics destination ERP (you have, e.g., Quickbooks).
Another wish would be to enable custom connections, via API or webhook.
There were a few bugs when trying to connect non-admin Microsoft e-mail inboxes via Outlook, but I solved this by temporarily making the user an admin. Stripe, Paypal, AWS, Appsumo, Elementor, Meta invoices, Quaderno, OpenAI, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft accounts were easy and integrated smoothly.
I am really excited to see if this app is a winner. I have sent a request to stack one code to the existing account and am eager to see what difference that makes - or if that is indeed not necessary for my needs.
All in all, I think it is a decent product, and the bugs are so minor that they are easily addressed.

Could not use the service but disappointed by what I've seen.
I had created a free account on the website to have a glimpse of the service before my purchase as there were no mention of the LTD not functioning for existing users. I bought a Tier 1 and redeemed my code. It seemed to work fine. I connected to my services (even thought I could only find 4 from all the ones I'm using). So far so good but my account had not been upgraded to LTD and at the end of my 30 days trial, the account was locked. When I say locked, I mean the only action I can perform is upgrade to the monthly plan (where the 1st plan would cost you 3β¬/invoice downloaded, limited to 10 invoices). I cannot even contact the support by chat or unregister.
I contacted the support via email and they took almost a week to answer (after 3 emails to 2 different addresses). The answer is "you can't use the LTD with an existing account, follow the AppSumo procedure". Happy to have waited one week to not have even a tiny bit of solution.
Besides my personal story of code redemption, I found the general usage of the website quite annoying. Each time you get your mouse out of the screen you have annoying pop-ups asking for why you're leaving. You cannot do anything, not even see your account information before you've inborded. That's the all philosophy of the website : "do it our way on our schedule" and I don't like it. So you can't see the list of connectors without an account. If you register for a free account, you cannot even delete your account before you've connected some connectors then if your free trial expires you cannot do anything but upgrade, not even unregister.
The website is quite buggy. For example, if you try to connect to any connector and change your mind or for any reason the connection doesn't work, you cannot come back to the last screen, you're left with a full screen popup where the only possibility is to "retry" and the retry doesn't work. You can't even log out, you have to close your tab, erase your cookies from your browser and login again... so don't change your mind or forget your password if you try to connect to any account inside Vuala.
Also, it's super security audited but they don't force https for their login page. I was almost cought on login on a plan http connection. Try it by yourself http://vualapp.com/login
At least, I hope that those bug reports will help Vuala improving their service and that they won't be so controlling with the users in the future.
For me it's a no-no and a refund.

We are sorry for your bad experience. We receive many tickets daily, and we have limited resources in the company, so it must have slipped through, and I personally apologize for this.
Regarding the bug you mentioned with your account, if you registered as a regular Vuala user, Vuala shows you automatically the "free trial has ended" pop up. We have no idea if you have purchased an appsumo code if you don't follow the Appsumo sign up steps. The idea of Appsumo refunds is that you can try the product through them, and if you are not convinced, you can request a refund. In your case, you did it the other way around.
On the other hand, if you haven't found your suppliers, there is a section to suggest integrations, or you can write through the chat. We integrate them in less than a day, as we have done in other cases. If still interested, happy to integrate your suppliers.

Rarely leave reviews... but don't skip this, it is an absolute no-brainer purchase
So this is so awesome that I feel obligated to leave a review. Because this absolutely deserves to be 5 tacos and it's painful to see such a unique promising product have only 10 reviews and a 4.x star rating.
I've bought at least 200+ LTDs and this is easily a top 5 for me, in terms of how excited I am to use it with my businesses long term. Imagine being excited about bookkeeping, hard to believe, but that is truly the case for me with using Vuala haha.
This is going to allow me to keep amazing up to date books without the process being so painful and tedious. Configure your integrations and done! The integrations I've been using have been working very smoothly - those being platforms that have no option to send receipts via email with an attached pdf.
There are some bugs with some of the integrations. But with the amount of integrations they have (7k+), it would almost be unreasonable to expect that not to be the case with a relatively young company. If you report the issues to their support, they will work on fixing any issues you find with your needed integrations. This was the case with one of my integrations, a fairly obscure SaaS that I was shocked they even had available. They fixed it within a day and it's been working smoothly since!
Regarding security concerns, in a lot of cases you can create an extra user on your target platform that has limited privileges - though, on some services that may mean needing to pay for an additional seat. The benefit is, with the LTD all of this should improve with time based on customer feedback etc.
I look forward to using Vuala long term and enjoying the improvements they roll out over time.
Anyhow, do not skip this deal - this is an absolute no brainer imo. It's a phenomenal product which is rapidly improving and I've never seen this pain point being covered by any LTDs.

This is an awesome tool for invoice collection and a massive time saver. There are some invoices it can't pick up due to a few of my services not currently having an integration however it does manage to get most of them which saves me a good portion of time every month.

Good and fast service
I had some small problems activating the account because I had set up access to Vuala for testing at the same time.
I was helped in a very short time and I can now download my invoices automatically. There are a surprising number of german portals and I have significantly less work.
And that's a really good thing.

Sometimes you want to score lower because the potential is 10x what you see. This is one of these cases!
Vuala could automate most of the invoice collection and loading into Holded for my small business, but only does for a small part of it due to security concerns and because of it being in their early days. On the other side spoke to the team and have seen tons of potential to keep this improving going forward. The tool does what it is meant to do, and it does it well. Could do more? For sure, but happy for the moment, looking to check how they grow in the future.
Security concerns? All in the world! Anyway, great starting point!

Good idea but a security nightmare
I will pass on the various bugs and laggy features, as it's a new app.
The idea is great, but the security implementation is terrible. We login through some sort of virtual machine to make sure vuala can have access to the invoices. This means the passwords have to be be stored unencrypted for them to use as they see fit. It's a huge security flaw.
At no point during the onboarding was I made aware of this, or even to create separate accounts in "read" format" to give them access. Not even adding the fact that on most of my tools, read format is non-existent (Frase, chatGPT), leaving my passwords right in the open.
Lovely idea, but refund for me.

- We don't store credentials unencrypted, ever! All of our data is stored with SOC2 certified providers, and fully encrypted both in transit, and at rest.
- For some platforms in the past, we used to directly ask our users for credentials. With most of the platforms we support today, we ask the user to sign-in directly to an isolated browser instance, so that they don't have to share credentials with us ever again. All browser information is stored in encrypted storage as well. In fact, we ask our users to re-login when their logged-in sessions expire.
- Our browsers instances are protected. Operational access is audited and only available to select members of the staff. In short, the data of your sessions stays protected in the browser itself.
- We've taken note of your concerns about the lack of security messaging during onboarding and whenever you connect a new source. Improvements are on the way! Thanks for bringing it up!

Great app to save time - oustanding support
Downloading invoices is annoying and a waste of time. I've often thought about buying an app like getmyinvoices or invoicefetcher to use my time more wisely. Unfortunately, these apps are expensive and don't cover all the portals I need. That's why I bought this one. I can't agree with the last reviewer. Most of the portals work. I contacted the support team for the connections that didn't work straight away and they helped me immediately (even at the weekend). So close yet so far
I had high hopes for this one. The most menial and annoying task as an agency owner is to download ad invoices for each client and email them. It's a task that should be automatic but for some reason it's not...
Enter Vuala, which I thought would be the answer to my prayers.... sadly I was mistaken. I've seen bad UI, but this one is next level bad. Connecting to Meta and Google Ads went ok, despite the UI, but when I tried to download invoices using the app, nothing happened! I tried reaching out to support... crickets.
Unfortunately, this one is going in the return pile. Really too bad, when it could have solved a problem I've been dealing with for years.

4 Tacos for effort and responsiveness, 3 Tacos on actual performance.
In my particular use cases, functionality is severely limited.
It canβt access PayPal at present because of PayPalβs OTP requirement.
It canβt extract invoices sent to my email addresses (but they have offered to work on this next quarter).
They only go back 90 days on Amazon invoices (but they have kindly performed a manual process at their end to go back further).
It is not possible to specify a Google Drive location where invoices should go, the platform creates its own location (but they have said this is on the way).
They donβt extract AppSumo invoices! and like many Sumolings, I have loads of those.
I canβt see my chat histories on their website and have to dig through emails.
For the single set of invoices that they have so far managed to extract for me, it has saved me time.
I was really excited about this product because it genuinely has the capacity to save me a whole day of admin every month, without having to invest time in building a Robotic Process Automation workflow in something like Robomotion.
So thank you for your responsiveness to date and I look forward to benefiting from the enhancements that you have promised next quarter.
At present, the application is sitting on the shelf gathering electronic dust and I look forward to revisiting it next quarter.

Very powerful invoice finder.
On the past i've tried some other competitors for collecting invoices like Digiposte or securibox. some of them harly supports 2FA protocols and some did not always connecting well with merchants.
Vuala seems to be very powerful and straightforward comparing to others. Thair pricing model seems to be expensive at first sight but accuracy and efficiance to get all the invoices from different providers is essential.
The number of supported suppliers is also enssential.
They have already 7000 suppliers which is great aleady.
Hope they will continue to add more suppliers frequently
At the moment many providers from france are not available but if they continue to support and grow regulaly new suppliers this will make the difference comparing to the competitors.
What in my opinion would be great in the future:
please support for Pcloud as storage destination
and also please add a feature to upload our invoices in the case is the supplier is not available or collaborate with sparkreceipt.com which is also a great tool to scan invoices.
