So close yet so far
I had high hopes for this one. The most menial and annoying task as an agency owner is to download ad invoices for each client and email them. It's a task that should be automatic but for some reason it's not...
Enter Vuala, which I thought would be the answer to my prayers.... sadly I was mistaken. I've seen bad UI, but this one is next level bad. Connecting to Meta and Google Ads went ok, despite the UI, but when I tried to download invoices using the app, nothing happened! I tried reaching out to support... crickets.
Unfortunately, this one is going in the return pile. Really too bad, when it could have solved a problem I've been dealing with for years.

I'm sorry you had this experience. As for the customer support, we are a company based in Europe and I think you are from Canada. You wrote at our 3am. Sorry for not answering at that time.
We've had a server error today morning and some connections went down. This was your case :(
We have really happy users that have saved a lot of time thanks to our product.
It is clear that we have to improve our UI, you are right here.
