I can’t login either and it appears their support emails aren’t getting responded to. I can’t find a phone number or LinkedIn or YouTube video to try to contact them otherwise either.

Like other people here, I purchased Vumu from them directly and then tried to get support/refund within the 30 day period, but they do not respond at all despite multiple emails/requests. Not a very trustworthy company.
