How do I go about upgrading?

A: Please go into your AppSumo Account.

Click on 'Products'

Select Vumu and choose upgrade.

Like other people here, I purchased Vumu from them directly and then tried to get support/refund within the 30 day period, but they do not respond at all despite multiple emails/requests. Not a very trustworthy company.
