Q: I received an offer to upgrade, then CRM, then agency plan which was charged twice. How can I get refunds? help!

- Like many others I received loads of affiliate offers to buy this product outside of AppSumo (since the AppSumo deal is now closed) from the likes of Glorify, WP Reset, Studiocart etc. which is a bit of a red flag in itself. - Like other people here, I purchased Vumu from them directly and then tried to get support/refund within the 30 day period, but they do not respond at all despite multiple emails/requests. Not a very trustworthy company.
