Like many others I received loads of affiliate offers to buy this product outside of AppSumo (since the AppSumo deal is now closed) from the likes of Glorify, WP Reset, Studiocart etc. which is a bit of a red flag in itself. Also no updates to roadmap since 2022 https://roadmap.vumu.io/roadmap plus poor unanswered reviews for the Chrome plugin https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/vumu-app/lhllgpiipgpmboeclhejbdlcnbofffkn/reviews So if you are thinking of buying it my suggestion is to make sure you can get support from them first by emailing support@vumu.io buy yeah, also take note of this post https://appsumo.com/products/vumu/questions/they-advertise-outside-appsumo-with-adve-1091637/ caveat emptor
Like other people here, I purchased Vumu from them directly and then tried to get support/refund within the 30 day period, but they do not respond at all despite multiple emails/requests. Not a very trustworthy company.
