Like other people here, I purchased Vumu from them directly and then tried to get support/refund within the 30 day period, but they do not respond at all despite multiple emails/requests. Not a very trustworthy company.

Hello, My company markets to B2B only. We used BombBomb a few years back and ran into a Spam filter issue. Our messages ended up in spam due to corporate filters that sniffed out GIF and image files in cold emails. Would we run into similar issues with Vumu? -Sheldon
