Yesterday, I started a search for a tool to help me launch a new podcast and found the Rumble Studio tool. In researching this tool, I found a YouTube video from a fellow AppSumo customer about the ability to create over 100 podcast interviews using both Rumble Studio and Vumu (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lgkkWPDvaTk). This immediately captured my interest, and I conducted some additional research on Vumu. I made both purchases and immediately received an invitation to meet with a customer success manager at Vumu the next day. I just completed the call and can tell you that their customer service is top-notch. I especially liked how we can access the company roadmap and make suggestions for additions or even up-vote the existing features being considered. This is my very first review on AppSumo, so it's needless to say that I am truly impressed and look forward to making significant improvements in my customer outreach campaigns.
