I have been using Vumu for a few days now and would like to share my thoughts. What struck me right away was that Vumu stands out for its innovative features. I loved the ability to create personalized videos and integrate them directly into a CRM. In addition, the Chrome extension is a real support that makes everything very user-friendly.

The dedication of the team behind Vumu is unmistakable. The onboarding was personal and incredibly helpful, which shows that customer satisfaction and support is a real priority for them. It's refreshing to see how open they are to feedback and how much they strive to constantly improve the product.

However, there have been a few issues along the way. Technical issues, especially with the UI and user interface, such as the fiddly scroll bars and sometimes slow loading times, have marred the experience a little. I also found the restriction to USD payments and the lack of a video post-editing feature to be a disadvantage.

I also felt that the communication around sending and receiving comments could be better. It would be great if comments could be included directly in the notification emails so that I didn't have to jump back into the app every time.

Despite these minor criticisms, I see great potential in Vumu. No other tool I've used offers such a range of features specifically geared towards video creation and personalization. I'm really excited to see how Vumu will develop. The vision and commitment of the team makes me optimistic about the future. I firmly believe that with a few tweaks and additions, Vumu could become an indispensable tool in my marketing toolkit.
