Vyte Reviews

Vyte is an absolutely great product. I used CalendarHero before and switched to Vyte completely with my team. The most important functions are already all included.
These include:
- Automatic links to Zoom/Microsoft Teams meetings in the appointments.
- An appointment link that you can send to your clients
- Round Robin
- GDPR compliance
- Own branding
- Sync multiple calendars
- Multilingualism

What I am still missing:
- A one time link for a meeting (You can vote for it here: https://vyte.frill.co/b/n0epgpmg/feature-ideas/one-time-usable-link-for-appointment-types)
- Several Hublinks (for the appointment type selection)
- A better customization of the email texts (on the roadmap)
- Individual time settings for the reminder email (on the roadmap).

Otherwise just a great tool, which deserves 5 Tacos! Great work!

Very wonderful scheduling tool! Instead of sending back and forth emails to check on the availability of everyone, I get to selects multiple dates all at once and send an email to them. Once I can see everyone selected a common date, I can confirm it and get the meeting invite sync to Microsoft Teams! Simply wonderful!

A gripe I have is that the description of the message get cuts off when it is being displayed on my mobile. But other than that, wonderful and clean interface that gets scheduling done in minutes!

Vyte is a super effective, and has much more personalization features than my previous Scheduling tool (Calendly). The possibility to have a meeting hub with several meeting types as well as Group Scheduling (similar to Doodle) is a game changer for me.

Vyte wins in my opinion quite easily over its competitors. It handles all major calendar formats, offers a convenient multilingual interface, and makes it easy to find common slots for several participants.
Last but not least, the price of the deal is attractive, and fortunately includes the Cname. On the other hand, the conditions of access to the API remain mysterious and hypothetical. Vyte obviously hopes to offer it as an optional subscription, which seems unreasonable to me on an LTDs platform. But my main regret comes from the inadequacy of the deal to agencies for their customers, as it is impossible to customize the branding for each user. Too bad, I would have seriously stacked this deal. Anyway, I highly recommend it.

Après avoir testé Calendly, Tidycal, WPAmelia et autres systèmes de gestion des rendez-vous, aucun ne correpondait vraiment à ce que je cherchais...jusqu'à ce qu'arrive Vyte ! ;-)

Les fonctionnalités sont déjà très nombreuses, la personnalisation est possible, etc...

Et le support m'a répondu très rapidement et efficacement !

Je suis déjà très satisfait et je me réjouis de pouvoir proposer cela à mes clients !
