Q: Adding another editor
Hello! I have Tier 2 and am trying to add a second editor to the account/site since 2 are included. But I am getting a prompt to upgrade in order to do that. How do I add the second user? Thanks!

Tier 2 includes 2 editor slots total—yourself as the site owner and one additional invited editor. If you're attempting to invite more than one person, you'll need to upgrade to Tier 3 or Tier 4, which allow up to 5 editors (1 owner + 4 collaborators). Let us know if you'd like help upgrading!

Thanks! I am just trying to invite the second editor on a Tier 2 plan.
Thanks for confirming! If you're only trying to invite one additional person (making a total of two editors including yourself), then that should absolutely work on Tier 2.
