Q: Upgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 4 and doesn't recognize the upgrade and still has me as Tier 3
I just upgraded my VZY account from Tier 3 to Tier 4, but when I log in, it still shows that I have 25 sites instead of 50. Can you please advise me on how to correct this issue so that VZY recognizes my account as a Tier 4 subscriber??
