I want to love it, but the execution is poor.
Template variety is underwhelming, and the editing process leaves you with too few options. The interface feels rigid and clunky. Making a simple edit to a banner feels like an exercise, and the color options are preconfigured --with none of the colors you want.
Support will reply after a couple days, but they have a bizarre habit of scrubbing their forum. So if they reply to your question, be sure to read it quick because it might be deleted next week. A note to their forums admins: stop deleting posts.
Then there are all the little technical errors I see within the forum that make me not want to even bother-- like Cname URLs not populating throughout the site. I've seen 0 development or updates over the course of my usage, and I'm not hopeful I'll see any either.
In the spirit of fairness, the demo sites look nice. It's just too exhausting to use.
